My interactions with recruiters at USAA has been not as friendly as one would hope, but if you have been trying to find a job lately, you know that this process at many companies is "broken" and that is putting it nicely. I have numerous industry qualifications and experience, but have only managed to get one interview, which, as you will see did not go well, and every other application has been dispositioned "No Longer Under Consideration" without even an initial phone screen. Others just languish in an "Application Received" status for months on end.
