it was a phone interview. nothing much to be said about it. it was kind of disorganized but they all are for the most part. USAA SAYS they are there for veterans, but they are not. they are like any other call center. they are there to make a profit and that's it. I really hate giving bad reviews but this one made no sense at all. I am a disabled 40 year old vet. I have over 5 years of call center experience. Sales management experience, owned my own company and also worked for years at an INSURANCE COMPANY. Seems to me that I would be a great fit. what did i just get in my email. We are sorry but your qualifications dont match what we are looking for. Ever seen that? of course you have. its all bull and lies. I am exactly what this company is looking for. I am a white male... guess thats strike 1 and 2. I am not 20 years old... strike 3. Beware applying here. if you have tons of relevant direct experience and feel that you would be a perfect fit, dont apply. You are wasting your time. If you are a young person with little to no real experience and never served... by all means, apply. shame. way to look out for those who took part in the service . Im even a quarter native, but why even mention that at this point.
