I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in-person interview with a panel from the design team. The process was relatively painless. The interviewers were very nice and welcoming.

I suppose the most difficult question would be one of those personality questions companies always ask. They asked me to name a situation where I didn't get along with someone on a project team and how I resolved it. They asked me to be specific.
It can be hard to remember things like that on the spot, so make sure to look up "personality interview questions" on Google to be better prepared. What they're looking for is a good corporate culture and team match with these questions.
