Applied online and received a time sensitive email to complete an online assessment a day after I submitted my application. After I completed the assessment i received a follow up email to confirm a phone interview . The phone interview last 30 mints and I was offered a manager interview. Currently waiting to my interview.

Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.

Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
