Pretty straight forward. Phone interview was very general, no surprises. F2F interview was a panel of Directors who asked a lot of questions around PPM systems and practices. No surprises there either.
Great and thorough interview process. They asked the questions applicable to the role and shared the teams goals. I met with the applicable people on the team to judge if it would be a good fit for me.
