Lacking of any substance. Interviewer shared that had followed their previous boss/manager to USAA. Worst interview of my career. The interviewer was clearly compensating for their deficiencies. Will never entrust USAA with my needs.

Initial phone screen with Recruiter. She asked basic questions about my background qualifications and interests in the role. I am not very impressed when recruiters ask you to walk them through your background, especially when you only have 30 minutes; I think they should ask you more pointed questions, so they can learn more specific areas.

Panel interview that was conversational. They asked about action plans and last experience. The leaders were very transparent and let me know if their struggles and what they need in a leader to help get the area back on track.
