The first interview was a phone screening conducted by HR. Next was a phone interview by a manager who was not the hiring manager but worked in the department. Next was a panel interview by 2 managers from the same department.

It was a standard interview process with a phone call with a recruiter and then if selected, an interview with the hiring manager. Questions were mainly regarding to business process improvements from previous employers and how your past experience correlates with the role. Will say it was maybe a bit too relaxed for the interviewers as they were having their own chatter during the interview.

Applied and recruiter reached out about a week later for phone screen. During phone screen went over background and experience. Attended a panel interview with Director and Manager of department for about 45 minutes asking situational/competency-based questions. Was verbally offered the position the next day. Total process from application to verbal offer was 5 weeks.
