The interview process was well laid out and well described. The HR department kept me informed throughout. The process is very formal. There is a waiting area just for candidates and you have a "guide" for the day who shows you where to get water, use the restroom, etc. The facility itself is very large. You interview with a number of people - getting a good sense of culture.
