There were 3 steps in the interview. Involving test assessments, typing review, 1-1 with the talent acquisition member and 1-1 with the hiring manager. The callback time was a number of months.. In total the hiring process took about 6 months, including the initial application being sent, all the way to the end of the hiring.

They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.

Just say I was over qualified. The people were dressed as if they were at a swap meet. The office was small, just not anything I expected. The interviewer only spoke of occurrences if you were late! Micromanagement City
