During my interview at USAA, I couldn’t help but feel like I was being treated as a slave. The whole experience left me with a sense of discomfort and unease. The interviewer seemed disinterested and insincere, giving off an artificial vibe. Their lack of genuine engagement made it difficult for me to connect with them and showcase my true potential. It was as if they were just going through the motions, ticking off boxes on a checklist without truly listening or understanding my qualifications. This made me question the authenticity of the entire interview process and left me feeling disheartened.
