Colloquio
The first round of interviews were all done online, and through video recordings. There were a series of questions, and you have a certain amount of time per question. At the end of the recorded interviews, you will have the option to re-do the interview questions if you wish. I chose to re-do mine because I was nervous and it showed on camera. My questions were the same as before, which helped out tremendously.
The Second round of interviews was through the phone, with similar questions, but more in detail. After my second round of interviews, I was offered the position.
After the position was offered, they reached out to ask if I accept the position or not, as well as any accommodations I needed. I told them I was out of state, and they helped me relocate by finding me an apartment, as well as a monthly stipend for rent, on top of my salary.

Describe a time when you had a conflict with scheduling, and how did you resolve the issue.
Easy and not heavily pressed with basic interview questions. Varies depending on interviewer, but the team seemed welcoming and interested in learning about who they were interviewing. Better interview in comparison to other companies.
