I was recruited. Hr reached out to me. First it was a phone screening. Generic questions about why you are looking for other employment. Then there was a video interview with two managers doing the generic questions again. STAR format and tell me about yourself. Then a second interview with the president who "doesn't hold any punches". Generic questions he really has no interest in the meeting but is very judgemental and regarding the questions you ask. Needless to say I was told I'd year something in two weeks and instead received an automated generic email almost a month later. I do not recommend going for this position in their Glastonbury office.
