Phone screen interview - 30 minutes with talent acquisition specialist. It was a basic screening interview. They were in a hurry to fill the position, due to a recent acquisition that this position would be managing.

Described the situation which included integration of a newly acquired block of business and operations. ASked what caused stress on the job. Asked what the salary needs were.
