I applied online and was contacted within two weeks for an in-person interview. The pre-screening phone interview was simple enough, mostly to see if I was available to come in and some basic questions about my experience. The on-site interview consisted of meeting with 6 different employees. Each asked me behavioral questions, some technical questions but I got the feeling that it was mostly to see if I would fit the culture. One of the people asked me specifics about what the company does and asked me to differentiate between DC and DB plans. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to, for the most part. For most of the people, the interview seemed to be more conversational rather than asking question after question so that was nice.
