Difficult and long process. First interview is screening. Second interview is with management then final interview is with hiring manager. Very long decision process. Very nice people. Loved the vibe from the industry

Interviewed by a new Director who was very unpolished and lacked emotional intelligence. Came across as unprofessional and inexperienced. Professionalism outside of the Corporate Benefits Department was attractive to me, but I could not see myself working for this incompetent Director.
