Went well. Interviewed two heads of the department and then did a final interview with the director. Overall easy going, with little emphasis on skills but overall showing a willingness to learn was the biggest aspect.

Very conversational and the recruiter helped me through each step of the interview process. They were very insightful and proud to show the culture of the company. There were 3 interview steps, one with the recruiter, HR, then with the CEO and CHR of the region
