Submit online application and you'll get a phone call from an outsourced company in Florida if they want you. You get an email for a time and place to be. They have such a high turnover they interview 4 days a week. The process is painfully slow as are all companies. I waited at least 2 or three weeks for the next training class to start.

I had an interview on a Tuesday through a zoom call. Was asked about my experience working outdoors and if that was an issue, working long hours etc. It was a very simple and relaxed interview.
