Really simple and easy they called me and I had about a thirty minute conversation. He asked me simple interview stuff no rocket science. Basically it was are you okay working outside in all weather and can you manage yourself and your workload everyday.

It was very minimal. I did a video interview for questions and received an offer. I start next week! The rest of the onboarding process was all of electronic for background and drug screen which was nice!
