USIC is great about getting back to you and making the process fast and simple. There is a video and sum questions at first then a video interview. This is my second time applying for this position the first time i was told they felt i live to far from Austin. Advised me to keep looking on the website to find a position that was loser to my home.

Was very quick and easy . Did a self record video then was offered the position. Didn’t really get to speak to anyone until the called and offered me the position

It was very minimal. I did a video interview for questions and received an offer. I start next week! The rest of the onboarding process was all of electronic for background and drug screen which was nice!
