The process was long and arduous. A huge waste of time. First they have you do a test that seems to go on for 2 hours that has absolutely nothing to do with the job. Then they do an initial phone screen, a second interview with like 6 people back to back (I had to take the day off for this one), then lastly, they have a final round where you take another test and interview with like 4 more people. All of my interviews went well and I seemed to have hit it off with everyone but I still didn’t get the job. They called me to let me know I didn’t get the job but didn’t apologize for wasting my time or even tell me why I didn’t get it - especially when everything seemed to be going well. I know I’m not entitled to anything but a little feedback would’ve been much appreciated. Also, they don’t have an HR department which is a huge red flag. Now, looking back at the department I can tell I didn’t get the job because I don’t physically/racially fit the mold.
