Dont be over eager, and don't say anything about affirmative action. lol It seemed the interview process went well, but then i got the call that they have chosen other candidates. I emailed them later on to thank them for their time and to ask if there was anything i could do in my next interview to improve and they did not respond back. I think overall it was because I lived out of state.
