Recruiter calls first and agrees on $$$$$$ and talks about benefits and relocation pkg etc. Client phone screening done by a decent gentleman who understand and knows the scrum process. Client side hiring manager interviews through the webcam and talks, shares and discusses in a very friendly manner and offers the job. Recruiter calls and renegotiates the salary by X% less than agreed. This seems to be the practice these days and I have heard this before from other employees. I did not agree to this and they put me to talk to their vertical head who seemed to be less than professional. Very weird company and will stay away.

The interviewer asked only 2 questions, She came late by 10 minutes and was very clumsy in asking the question. It feels like someone has forced her to take the interview and she is either in no mood or was very busy.

Cool and straight forward process. Majority of the questions were related to scrum journey and various teaching, mentoring and coaching scenarios. Hence , 2 interviews( 1 internal and 1 customer) and HR interview.

The whole HR process is a Debacle to begin with, and i thought India had bad HR Policies which defenitely got confirmed with my interview experience with UST. The interviewer did not even prepare for the intervew, but has set of randomly googled questions . Hr did a perfect bad job of not sharing resume of the candidate and interview actually during my interview asked me, if i could share my resume to him. Congrats to perfectly executed failure.
