The interview with UST was very normal they just check the basic Android & Java technologies. Its all depending on the client Interview. The overall interview process took a week, one round at UST and 3 rounds with client panel. I cleared all the rounds & got offer on the same day when client approves. Expecting the immediate joiners first

Firstly Cv /resume shortlisting via company career page / website, secondly, telephonic conversation from the company HR and followed by virtual interview for around 30 minutes on Google meet or zoom.

The interview was good. The lenght of the interview was for 30 mins. The interviewer did not ask much about the resume but questioned more on the technicals about the role. Provided about 5 mins to let the interviewee ask questions.
Interview went well , questions were good and Simple based on Agile methodology. Personal was profession and knowledgeable.
Many questions were around People management and Process oriented.
First round was HR , followed by Core Technical questions and Final Management round for Salary Negotiation.
