Contract Role as consultant, applied via referral.
The interview process went very well. I was extremely comfortable. The interviewer asks questions about myself and what I liked to do in my spare time, about my background and my education. The interview ended up being more like a conversation than an interview.
Got a phone interview within a week and offer the job next day after the interview.

The process was quick and efficient. Very casual. It was more of a conversation. Great interaction and positive vibes. I had 2 separate interviews. The process took about 3 days max.

Initial HR round, followed by 2 stages of technical interview. It’s a smooth process where you are made comfortable and ‘I don’t know - but can learn’ is accepted as an answer.
