I got a call based on the resume I have sent via employee referral. In the call, I had given a overview. Later they called me for a face to face discussion. In that the activities that I have been doing was described. Second one was discussion with client. In that I discussed about the improvements i could bring in the project based on my role.

Had to take a 3 hours computer test, very similar to a high school test, I felt it was unnecessary. If you went to college that test should be very easy for you. After had a group interview, with 10 other people. Almost all of us got hired
