Interview process is quite good as you will be intract with most of the team mates you will be working with. They will give you idea about the work and you will be ready to mix easily with them.

Colloquio
There were multiple rounds conducted by UST Global. First the telephonic round with the HR Recruitment.Then with the Client Manager and then the UST Global Manager.
Then to finalize, interview with the HR.
2 rounds. One round with an internal team and one round with the technical team at client location. Interview process went smooth without any major challenge. Process and scenario based questions were asked.

It took 2 rounds of interview process - an delivery manager and onshore client.
Comprised of general technical writer basic questions and onshore client was much interested in current working practices. Finished all rounds and process in a week.
