I attended walk in drive on 3rd Aug. After clearing test and L1 interview(core Java, oops, singleton in java, javascript) HR asked me to leave for day. Later in September I received a call for second interview in September. Interview went well and also cracked L2. After L2 HR asked me all the details and asked me to leave. After contacting her on several times she asked me wait for HR round and promise me to conduct HR round in October(3rd month). I received a call in October and came to know that they have Directorial discussion round before HR. Previously they haven't intimidate the same(which is responsibility of HR). Directorial discussion last for 15 min which is more about aspirations and few from project architecture and HR asked me to leave and said that panel is not picking up a call. Next day after calling her several times she said I failed to crack directorial discussion. After cracking two technical rounds director can reject you based on aspiration (15 min) discussion, because they dont have guts to say that they dont have position for full stack developer anymore.
1) who takes 3 months for process
2) HR has no descency to communicate things correctly and she can send you a one liner mail without signature and greeting(because she is HR).
3) Decision making capacity of company(3 month seriously!!!)
4) Discussion rounds are elimination round(weird, how come feature aspiration discussion result in rejection)
5) Dont expect co-operation from HR because they think they are HR and we are fool.
I find it fully waste of time.
