I was referred by a friend of mine. Attended 2 interviews, first a technical phone interview and second a face to face interview with the account manager.
Technical interview covered my skills and basic knowledge on database. I am a Python programmer, hence got related questions.
Face to face interview with the account manager was more on why do I want to join UST type of questions.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The interview process had 2 Tech rounds and 1HR discussion. Initial Tech round was an easy one but the second one was in depth. They have asked in depth about the technologies that I have worked. It was a good experience overall.
