Colloquio
I joined in as a fresher after being selected in an off-campus mass recruitment drive. The first day of the selection process included a written examination (comprising of english and aptitude sections, nothing too tough), followed by a Group Discussion where they mostly look how fluently and confidently we speak. The next day of the selection process included a personal interview which had a mix of technical and HR questions. No rocket science was needed !

Most of the questions were the 'typical' interview questions.
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
