I applied directly to company portal and got call immediately.
There was 2 technical round followed with HR round. On L1 technical round they asked about basic java programs like occurrence, prime number, Fibonacci series,

Never ever choose to go with global UST
Pathetic and Highly Unprofessional....
I had already cleared all the rounds a month back and then only the client round was pending...
Then after a month... scheduled client round and it was also cleared....
So recruiter(Raj) assured me you're selected and we'll be providing you that offer but it'll require a week of the time....
After that there was a HR round(Parag) and he asked me about my expectations and he told me yea we can offer you based on your expectation...not a big deal...
Waited for 3 days and to my surprise get a call from Shubhanshu (HR) and Raj( recruiter) specifying me that client has lower budget so if you're okay with it ....we can proceed....
On top of that no joining bonus or nothing and the client was PTEC.....
So in a nut shell it's a total mess joining Global UST....avoid it really.....
In my career I have never ever encountered such type of unprofessionalssim from a small companies as well....

I asked update on mails and calls on offer letter .
They didn't reply on any mail.
This is unprofessional .
If you are taking any candidate's interview you should consider his/her time.
