Received a phone interview from Human Resources. The interviewer was very professional and informative. She explained the position, responsibilities and company overview. She asked about my background and some pointed questions about my past job history and responsibilities. She listen and gave good feedback. In this case, she explained that they were looking for a different set of skills and went into detail on what they were looking for in a candidate. She was very positive and did not talk down to me. She explained which of my attributes she liked and that I would be a good fit for a different role which was currently not available. Overall even though I did not get the job I still felt positive about the interview.
