I applied on March 26, 2015, and my interview was April 1, 2015. I was contacted the day after I applied.There were two managers that interviewed me. It was fairly simple. They tried to make me feel at ease. They weren't menacing at all. I left feeling challenged, but confident. They were extremely polite. Just make sure you answer the questions with as much detail as possible. All of the questions were in the "Tell me about a time..." format. They like for you to use STAR format when answering. Situation, Task, Action, Result.

Smooth process took about 3 weeks from start to finish. 2 interviews one with sales manager and one with store manager. Just basic questions about customer situations and how I work as part of a team

Applied online. Got a call from HR to set up a phone interview the following week. After phone interview got called in for a face to face interview with sales manager. After that interview I got called in for an interview with the store manager. A week later I got called with the job offer. Took about 3 weeks overall. After you verbally accept offer you have to fill out information from a 3rd party for a background check and take a drug test.
