I applied online and then was sent an email to come into the center and take a test online. The online questions were more of a survey about yourself and "what would you do in this situation" scenarios. I then had a face to face interview, then received a callback with hire dates

I had a phone interview was told a manager from the store would contact me for a second interview and nobody did. Told me to reach out if they didn’t. Very unprofessional

An hour interview where they ask you questions based on the star method. Pretty easy my recruiter gave me a sheet to help prepare so I was able to pre write some responses that I could be asked
