Very streamlined and straight forward. The recruiters did an excellent job understanding my needs and making sure the position was going to be a good fit for me. Once I met with Senior Management, the process was a little less streamlined, but overall pretty efficient considering I met with three individuals. After the interview, the overall process took about two weeks to get an offer put together.
