Applied through university career fair. There was only one 30 minute phone interview. A lot of time was given to answering questions about the position. The interviewer was very straight forward and helpful.

The process was fairly quick, was emailed about online application being sent to next round of interviews. They scheduled me for an in-person interview which I attended and was given my offer a couple days after.

Met recruiter at university career fair and applied online. Got a phone interview request a few weeks later from someone who was a previous co-op and now works there full-time and helps with the co-op program. Interviewer was very nice and interested in what I was saying, but went very in depth with the questions. Received a offer the next day, although normally will take one to two weeks.
