Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso UTIMCO (Austin, TX)
Colloquio
The interview had two rounds. The first round was a 30 minute phone screen with the analysts leading the recruitment. This one was easy and mostly conversational, get to know you type questions. I progressed past this round and the analysts let me know that I'd move on to the final in office round.
Two weeks ahead of my in person interview an investment proposal was sent to me. I completed the case (basically giving a yes or no answer and why, keeping the explanation under 3 pages) and sent in my response the day before my interview.
The interview ran from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Really really long. I met with every single member of the team and was asked every behavioral question under the sun and very few technicals save for some high level questions meant to gauge competency. There were only one or two repeated questions, pretty much every group asked a different set of questions. One senior member of the team took me out to lunch before returning me to the office to resume interviews.

Why UTIMCO? What motivates you? What's your myers-briggs? what do you think you have to offer to the team? how do you usually work on a team? tell me about a time where you had to deliver disappointing news. Tell me about a time you had a conflict at work. Basically google top 100 behavioral questions and prepare for those!
There were multiple rounds of interviews. The first interview was with team directors. A second round of in the office with analysts and members of other teams. The final round of interviews consisted of brain teasers, upper management meetings, and a company analysis.
