Applied on their careers website and was contacted to set up a phone interview via email. The initial phone interview was confirmed and they sent over their benefits information. The actual interview was 45 minutes long and went over 5 questions related to UW Health's values. After answering the questions, I was then informed about the working environment, benefits, and salary. Once we got to the salary portion, the recruiter informed me that the midrange pay is about $9 less an hour than I currently make. I withdrew after I was informed of that. 45 minutes of my time could have been saved had the salary been posted in the job description or discussed in the beginning of the interview.
