The interview is first with the recruiting area and then with the immediate manager. Depending on the results of the interviews they send a task that you must send and present to the UXReactor team. If there is feedback they give you the option to apply, so they will see how well you respond to the feedback. In general, the process is very clear, serious, and rigorous.
