The First two rounds were in general and asked about me and my work experience and why Did I want to change and all but I replied them in a very subtle manner that this is the reason why I want to change and the Interview process is really nice and also you will get the results in a week and there will be Joining Date specified for the person so you will be provided either the earliest date available or Later date just you need to have patience

After assessment, initial interview mostly about professional or job experience. They will also discuss compensation and benefits. Tnext is panel interview, situational and behavioral. Other candidates were a lot better than me when it comes to skills, credentials, educafion and experience. Im reallt grateful I was able to pass the screening. Only the two from our group were selected. I think it is not just about how good you are, they are very critical about work ethics and positive attitude.

2 versant rounds followed by interview. 1 was voice versant & other was non-voice versant. The rounds are eliminatory i.e.,If cleared in 1st then proceed to 2nd and then to interview. It took 1 day for whole process and you get to know result on same day or next day
