O processo foi todo muito rápido e prático. Eu apliquei pelo LinkedIn para 4 vagas na empresa e um dia depois já recebi um e-mail pedindo para marcar a primeira entrevista com o RH. A primeira entrevista foi bem básica, somente para verificar o fit com a empresa e meu background. Depois disso eu recebi um teste para ser feito em até 48h, teste de excel que se você conhece um pouco da ferramenta nao terá dificuldades em resolvê-lo. Posteriormente fiz uma entrevista por Skype com o hiring manager, entrevista totalmente prática onde discutimos 30 minutos sobre um case. Depois dessa fase fiz duas entrevistas presenciais no escritório do Uber em Sao Paulo. Ambas entrevistas no mesmo modelo da anterior, porém, um pouco mais longas.

Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.

Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
