The employer called me via phone call and asked if I am interested in the position. The phone screening is smooth and the interviewer was very nice. I was then told that there will be a following phone interview where they will ask about my current technical skills. They even gave me some interview points so that I can prepare for my next interview.

Overall 4 stages of interview: call with HR, interview with a hiring manager, followed by study case to be presented to other team members and 30min calls with senior stakeholders.
