Worked with the recruiter and had 2 calls with her. That was as far as I got in the process. The first one was fairly basic asking me about my background and my salary expectations. The second call was more so about clarifying some specific things as it relates to the benefits of the role and growth opportunities.

The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager was distracted and wasn't listening to me. I felt like he already had a candidate in mind for the role. He asked me to sell him the product and services. The job applied for was not a sale role. Also, I was told that I wasn't being moved along in the process because I didn't have experience in the financial industry. 1. the recruiter knew that 2. not listed on the posting and 3. hiring manager never asked an industry specific question

Interview process was easy. A phone interview followed by a Teams call. The recruitment agent I worked with was pleasant and explained the details of the process. Overall a good experience.
