Fair warning, be prepared for up to 4 interviews followed by a final 60 minute deep dive presentation that they will tell you has “no wrong answers.” Unfortunately, what they really mean is “we have a very specific answer that we’re looking for, and you have to figure it out based on a vague prompt.” Case study/prompt is abstract and talks about an unnamed “new city” that you are launching in. Keep in mind that since this is a fictional city, there is no real data to go on, but you are asked to make assumptions and explain your thought process. You are given lots of freedom and only vague guidelines, so your first thought is probably to focus on the quality of your proposals, strategies, etc. On the contrary, what they really want is for you to make up backstories for every citizen of the city, in order for you to segment the population and provide demographic data to analyze in your deep dive. Unless you figure this out, you’ll be failed for not going deep enough. Your HR contact will also offer to look over your presentation throughout the week that you are given to prepare. This seems very helpful, but keep in mind that this person has no effect on your hiring process, so take it with a grain of salt when they tell you "This is great!"

As far as I know, the process was composed by two steps: 1) an interview with a HR manager 2) some numerical and reasoning tests. Unfortunately I had the opportunity to attend just the first step, then they said that there wasn't a fit in the team at this time.
