The interview process took place over Skype. While the interview was average length in terms of time I learned a lot about the position and the company. During the interview they ask you a lot of questions about what you can bring to uber and why do you want to work for the company.

The recruiter first sent an email and then called my mobile phone. The recruiter was flexible, very friendly, and accommodating to my schedule and time zone. After the first call, I was asked to complete a test assessing my language skills in writing. I then was asked t complete a call in the foreign language with one of the team members. Next was another call with the recruiter to discuss the test results and logistical aspects.
