About a week after submitting my application I heard back form a recruiter and scheduled a phone screen. My interviewer was 10 minutes late to my interview and proceeded to follow an extremely scripted dialogue. She responded to any job related question I asked by re-reading quotes from the job description script, which she had already told me earlier. When I asked her about her experience at uber and her specific company culture likes/dislikes, she could not answer the question.
I got the impression that she was just hired and had never had an HR position before.

Employee referral. I received interview a few days later for phone screen and scheduled another interview for hiring manager. I was given one exercise to work on. During the second interview, it was really bad experience because I had only 3-4 minutes to go through the exercise. I had some new ideas to add and some problems to discuss about the exercise, but I had no time. Moreover, I don't know what he used to call, the quality of calling was bad. You cannot hear clearly sometimes.

Really avoid loosing your time with Uber. I started the application in March and i am really disappointed with the company because i haven't yet received an answer even if i have contacted a couple of times the responsible of the job.

1 test in the beginning
1 interview with HR
another interview with HR
1 interview with a manager
1 project to do that takes 4 days of hard work.
Not answer : 4 mails - they don't even find some time to answer you no or wait or something.
Procedure more than three months
