A total of 4 interviews in less than 3 weeks (3 phone calls, one in person). The hardest part was with the head of finance. Extremely clever guy looking for a great communicator and someone with skills on a fast pace work environment. UBER seeks innovation and high skills in the branch that you are applying for.
