I received an email to complete an excel sheet challenge to demonstrate excel skills. Once the challenge was completed, a phone screening interview was setup. During the interview the questions were rather simple, she explained the job duties and location. Explained that she was screening the candidates once the office manager made a decision, they will schedule a second interview with the Operations Manager.

The process was smooth and professional overall. First spoke with a recruiter, followed by a video interview focused on operations, problem-solving, and communication skills. Interviewers were friendly and explained the role clearly. The process moved fairly quickly.
