The first call was with a person that doesn't directly work in a team and doesn't know much about the role. The first real interview was with the head of the team and all behavioral. A little about your background and a ton of interview 101 questions (when have you been challenged, when have you shown leadership, etc.) Very very interview 101... I'm pretty sure the interviewer was reading off her screen, not super excited.
