I had a phone interview that lasted an hour long, and was pleasant overall. My interviewer began with a brief of the job description, followed by questions about myself and my work. They will definitely ask you if you play games and what your favourite titles from Ubisoft are. Be honest if you're not an avid gamer. Passion for the job and industry is enough to get in. But you need to have a very good working knowledge of the role you apply for because there will be technical questions asked and you need to clear these to make it to the technical interview
