I applied for a position at Ubisoft (Montreal office) on Jan. 5th, 2021. On Jan. 12th, I was contacted by a member of the talent acquisition team to schedule a first call. The rep. asked me for some available days/times, which I provided. He wrote back saying it would likely happen the following week, but he didn't confirm a day/time. On Jan. 18th, he emailed me again saying how he needed me to provide more days/times because he wasn't available (again) for the call. And I provided alternative times, right away. Two days later, he wrote back again apologizing for the late reply and asked me if I had time the following week (for the week of Jan. 25). I gave him times/days again. Then there was no reply at all. And when I messaged him yesterday (Feb. 1st) to follow up, I didn't get a reply back from him. But instead I got a generic system reply saying that they've decided to move ahead with another candidate. Not very professional, in my opinion.
